  Quality Without Limits

Iran has about 50000 hectare's under cultivation of saffron which comprises more than 90% of the entire world production, and we supply our quality saffron directly from our purchasing offices in Iran, thus ensuring quality control procedures all the way.






 

 


 

 

Our saffron is 100% pure, all natural ingredients without any preservatives and does not contain fillers.Our saffron quality is determined by its ability to saturate a specific quantity of water with its yellow-red dye. In our laboratory, a Photospectometry test is performed to determine the coloring strength (110 to 250 +). This test specifically looks at Crocin (color), and this ultimately determines Picrocrocin (taste) and Safranal (smell). The higher the score, the better the quality. The way saffron grading works is that the lower gradings have more style left attached to the stigma.
